SATURNIN® Linear Line
- Highly customized and fully autonomous robotic blanking line, developed in-house.
- Line is able to re-use up to 7 000 000 pcs of scrap parts per year.
- Line includes advanced quality control systems for examination of the surface -both sides, shape tolerances and dimensions of the final part.
- Every single part is signed by unique ID and is fully traceable.

- Innovative scanning technology enabling to digitize arising scrap parts data, developed in-house.
- If you are considering supplying scrap parts to the SATURNIN® System, NiftyTable helps you with the data digitization.

Certified material laboratory
- Every single scrap delivery is subjected to complex testing in certified material laboratory which is located right next to the production lines.
- We check the mechanical properties of the material by tensile test.
- We check the chemical composition of the material by optical emission spectroscopy.
- We check the zinc coating thickness and the overall surface quality.
SATURNIN® Laser Shaping Line 2D
- We are working on development of autonomous 2D laser blanking line which enables re-using even small parts thus increasing the scrap utilization percentage.
- We expand our product portfolio by shaped blanks.

We are proud to announce a significant milestone in our journey toward a more sustainable future: the signing of a long-term cooperation agreement with Škoda Auto.
This partnership is not only a testament to the strength of our circular business model, but also a bold step toward redefining how industrial materials are sourced, reused, and reintegrated into modern manufacturing processes.
Through this strategic alliance, our goal is to maximize the reuse of scrap materials directly within the Škoda Auto plant and across its supply chains. We will also provide Škoda Auto with high-quality, repurposed steel input materials - helping them significantly reduce their reliance on raw materials and lower their overall carbon footprint. By embedding circular economy principles into their supply chain, Škoda is taking concrete action to meet their sustainability targets.
